Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Peony Pressed in Time!

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We want you to feel confident and informed, so if you have any questions, feel free to reach out.


Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in packing and shipping your keepsakes, but once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of third-party carriers.

-  We cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by shipping providers.

-  Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, you'll be responsible for both the return and re-shipping fees.

-  If you choose not to use our prepaid return label or don't follow the packaging instructions we provide, we may need to pause your project until additional shipping costs are covered.


Artistic Process

Our products are handcrafted, custom-made, and created with intention and care. By ordering, you acknowledge that:

-  You've reviewed our work and are comfortable with our artistic style.

-  Slight variations, shifts, or imperfections (like bubbles or resin settling) are part of the handmade process and not considered flaws.

-  If you're sending your own flowers, please note that how they're dried and packaged plays a big role in the final result. We can't control how they arrive, but we'll always do our best to preserve what you send us.


Flower Fit & Limitations

Some pieces can only hold smaller or flatter flowers. If your blooms are too large for your selected item(s), we'll let you know and help you choose an alternative. Refunds won't be issued for flower sizing issues, but we'll always try to work with what we have.

If there aren't enough usable flowers for your order, we may need to reduce the number of items or adjust the design. We'll communicate before moving forward.


Bubbles, Shifts & Natural Changes

Resin is a beautiful but imperfect medium. Tiny bubbles, subtle clouding, or flower movement may occur. Additionally, flowers may:

-  Change color

-  Develop translucent areas

-  Show bruising or minor imperfections

These natural transformations are part of what makes each piece unique.


Leftover Flowers & Mold Risk

We don't return leftover flowers unless previously arranged. We also can't guarantee results for flowers that arrive already dried or wilted especially if they develop mold, rot, or discoloration during the process.

If your blooms are not fit for preservation, we may offer you the choice to send replacements or receive a partial refund.


Photography & Sharing

We love sharing our work! By placing an order, you agree that we may photograph and share your finished pieces on our social media, website, or in promotional materials. (We'll never share personal details.)


Liability

Peony Pressed in Time is not liable for:

-  Third-party shipping errors (including loss, delay, or incorrect delivery)

-  Damage to flowers in transit

-  Injuries related to handling our products once received

-  Results affected by pre-dried or poorly packaged blooms

If you have a concern or issue, let us know. We're here to help however we can.

Return and Refund Policy

We completely understand that plans change. Below is our clear and fair refund policy:


100% Refund Within 24 Hours

Changed your mind? No problem! Cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Just email us at hello@peonypressedintime.com with your order number.


50% Refund After 24 Hours (Before We Receive Your Flowers)

If more than 24 hours have passed, but we haven't received your flowers or begun working on your order, you're eligible for a 50% refund.


No Refunds After Flowers Are Received

Once we've received your flowers and begun the preservation process, we can no longer offer refunds. Each piece is made just for you, and materials are already in use at this stage.


Damaged Orders

If your finished keepsake arrives damaged, let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear photos and your order info to hello@peonypressedintime.com and we'll do our best to make things right.  If for some reason you are unable to verify the condition of your product within the 24-hour policy, please contact us before opening for instructions. 


Gift Cards & Custom Orders

All gift card purchases, and customized products, are final sale and non-refundable.
