To ensure your flowers arrive in the best possible condition, PLEASE CAREFULLY FOLLOW ALL PROVIDED INSTRUCTIONS LISTED BELOW. 

After your event and before shipping, keep your flowers in a vase with fresh water and store them in a cool, shaded place.

 ✿ Trim ½" to 1" off the bottom of the stems at a diagonal using sharp scissors, and gently pat the stems dry.

✿ Be sure to remove any special items from your bouquet, such as ribbons, charms, or family keepsakes, before shipping.

 ✿ When wrapping your flowers, make sure to Loosely wrap your bouquet in tissue paper or packing paper, similar to how flowers are wrapped at the grocery store or other places you got your flowers.

✿ PLEASE!! Make sure to Avoid using plastic, bubble wrap, or wet paper towels. These materials can trap moisture and lead to mold.

✿ Start by lining the bottom of your shipping box with crumpled tissue or packing paper.

✿ Gently place your wrapped bouquet in the center, nestled into the padding.

✿ Fill the remaining space with more crumpled paper to keep the bouquet snug and prevent shifting during transit.

 ✿ Securely seal the box with packing tape and add a “FRAGILE” sticker to the outside.

✿ Whether you’re shipping the flowers yourself or someone else is sending them for you, make sure the box is clearly labeled with:

– The full name used on the order
– Your order number
– A callback phone number
